By doing regular exercises, you will stimulate
growth hormones that will help you to grow.
Exercises does not have to be strenuous but they
must be consistent. If you start and stop half way
then you will not reach your goal or growing taller.

It is important that you body gets enough rest
after your days activities. This is the time
that your damaged cells repair themselves. When
your body lacks rest, you will become stressed,
there will be less production of the growth
hormone, thus you will not be able to grow
